No. <br />Z2011-04 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends Approval of this application, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />Project is in accordance with the procedures set forth in Chapter 265-11 and 265-18. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> <br />The applicant, OILCO Realty, L.c., is requesting site plan approval for a proposed 57 <br />story, 132 unit condominium building with 500,039square feet and is intended to utilize <br />1.50 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) bonuses. The applicant is also applying for transfer of <br />development rights (TD Rs) in the amount of 115,391 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />The property is currently improved with a 2-story condominium-hotel building known as <br />the Oolden Nugget.
