Work in conjunction with Joel Wadsworth of Construction Department to manage <br />the environmental, utility and building department permits. <br /> <br />1. Manage EAS (Sub-Consultant) to obtain the following environmental <br />permits or approvals: PERA (F.K.A. DERM), USACE & USCG. <br /> <br />· This includes application, responses to all RAI, mitigation <br />designs (after obtaining potential City owned land information <br />from City staff), and permit sketches. <br /> <br />B. Manage the completion of all outstanding drawings being performed by CGA <br />departments: <br /> <br />1. CivillDrainage Plans <br /> <br />2. Electrical/Lighting <br /> <br />3. Pavement Marking & Signage Plans <br /> <br />C. Manage the completion of the structural plans which are to be completed by others. <br />The scope for the completion of the structural plans is outlined in BHA's proposal. <br /> <br />D. Attend one (1) public meeting to address adjacent property owner concerns. <br /> <br />E. Utility Location and Coordination <br /> <br />1. Send correspondence to all utilities requesting utility locations and as- <br />builts. <br /> <br />2.
