Staff is recommending Kimley-Horn & Associates (KHA), the firm that <br />conducted the initial traffic study of the intersection. KHA would now be responsible for <br />designing the related improvements and producing the requisite drawings for the City to <br />issue a construction RFP. <br /> <br />FOOT recently provided conceptual approval of the proposed curb cut on Collins <br />Avenue. A pending request for conceptual approval of the 183rd Street lane <br />configuaration revision has been submitted to Miami-Dade County Department of Public <br />Works.
