E <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach „„ d3 <br />RFP# 11 -12 -01 x. <br />7 Fleet Wide Remote Management System <br />January 4, 2012 <br />Mapping and Display Application <br />Our powerful mapping and display application, RSI AVL, will provide operations personnel the <br />capability to rapidly, geographically analyze the GPS information and make critical decisions. <br />This application is based on an ESRI ArcGIS Server Geographic Information System (GIS), <br />which displays data collected from the mobile units at the Base Server.
