GPS Fleet Solutions has been in the fleet management industry for <br />over 10 years. Our products pioneered the GPS industry with software and hardware <br />dedicated solely to the fleet management needs. Technology in the fleet management <br />industry evolves very quickly. <br />GPS Fleet Solutions integrates developing technology as quickly as it is feasible. This <br />allows our customers to enjoy the newest and best tools on the market once they are <br />thoroughly tested and ready for deployment. GPS Fleet Solutions feels uniquely qualified <br />to guide the City of Sunny Isles Beach through this process as we have done for many <br />other nationwide clients. <br />GPS Fleet Solutions currently employs approximately 20 people. We are a developed sales <br />and service organization with a dedicated staff to assist with any technical support. Our <br />standard hours of operation are 8:OOam to 5:30pm EST. We do accommodate after hours <br />support in the event of an emergency. <br />As a client, the City of Sunny Isles Beach will have access to over 30 years of experience in <br />the industry. Our pilot program is the most advanced in the industry providing resources <br />at the finger tips of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. After installation we typically let the <br />vehicles run for about two weeks just as they would before the installation. This provides <br />us with great baseline data. Julie and Kim will then analyze that data and present it to the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, maximizing the R.O.I. They will then make recommendations to <br />Page 13 <br />
