COMMITMENT TO DRUG -FREE WORKPLACE <br />Her Group, Inc. d.b.a. GPS Fleet Solutions ( GPSFS) is committed to maintaining a drug -free <br />workplace pursuant to the mandate and requirements of the Federal Drug -Free <br />f Workplace Act of 1988 (P. L. 100 -690). GPSFS was certified as a drug free workplace April <br />2010 even though random drug testing has been ongoing since 2008. As part of this <br />commitment GPSFS has adopted the following Drug -Free Workplace Statement. This <br />statement is intended to help maintain a healthy, safe and exemplary school environment <br />for the employees, contractors and customers. <br />II. DRUG -FREE WORKPLACE STATEMENT <br />"All officers and employees of GPSFS are prohibited from engaging in any activity relating <br />to the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of illicit <br />substances on school premises or as part of any school activity. Such activity is also <br />prohibited on work time, anywhere on GPSFS or customer property regardless of work <br />time, while performing employment services outside the workplace or at any time." <br />1. Intoxicating liquor such as beer, whiskey, rum, brandy, wine, and other liquids <br />containing one -half of one percent or more of alcohol which is intended, or may be <br />readily converted, for use as a beverage. (See HRS 281 -1 for legal definition.) <br />2. Dangerous, detrimental, or harmful drugs and intoxicating compounds such as cocaine, <br />heroin, marijuana, hashish, amphetamines, methamphetamines, barbiturates, <br />Page 24 <br />
