The result has been the <br />consistent delivery of best -in -breed technology, innovation, and performance at an <br />excellent price. <br />2.1.3 Relevant Experience <br />Intermedix has been providing AVL /GPS solutions for many years through a variety of <br />solutions, the primary being the proposed fleet management solution. We are <br />confident in our system scalability and product capabilities and the ability to handle an <br />installation the size of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />We are currently tracking nearly 300 clients within our system with several notable clients <br />-as indicated below in our reference section. We have the personnel and technology in <br />place to implement an account your size, and we are excited about the opportunity. <br />Our organization serves many of the largest municipal organizations in the country <br />covering key metropolitan areas throughout the U.S., and as such, we feel prepared to <br />commit to meeting the needs of Sunny Isles Beach as requested. Physical access is restricted to authorized personnel only, and is <br />secured by guards and staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, access is <br />secured with video surveillance, biometric security, as well as proximity card systems. <br />The facility is protected by fire detection and suppression controls and multiple air <br />conditioning systems. We have a back -up secondary co- location facility in a <br />geographically separate city. Due to the sensitive nature of our Disaster Recovery Plan, <br />we will provide a copy to the City on a confidential basis upon request. <br />Intermedix staff is trained and available for customer support of the fleet management <br />solution.
