3. Staffing <br />SFM's team is composed of highly motivated, trained, and experienced personnel. The SFM team has <br />the following certifications and credentials: <br />✓ ISA Certified Arborists <br />✓ M.O.T. (Maintenance of Traffic) Certified <br />✓ FNGLA Maintenance Technicians <br />✓ Licensed Herbicide Applicators <br />✓ Horticultural Certifications <br />✓ Tree Trimmer Licensed <br />+�f <br />�i <br />Robert Fisk, Sr. Project Manager. Mr. Fisk has a bachelor degree in landscape <br />architecture from Louisiana State University. Mr. Fisk is also an ISA certified arborist <br />and has over 15 years of landscape experience. Mr. Fisk will be communicating daily <br />with the city representative. <br />Giovanni Lignarolo, Contract Manager. Mr. Lignarolo has been overseeing the Sunny <br />Isles landscape contract for the last 8 years. He knows the expectations of the city and <br />has twelve (12) years of experience in the landscape industry. He is M.O.T. certified <br />and certified in Horticultural Studies. Mr. Lignarolo is currently seeking certification as <br />Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture. Attached please find resume. <br />SFM Maintenance Crews. 90% of the SFM maintenance staff currently working in <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach will continue to work in the city. Therefore, there is no <br />need for a transition plan should the City award the RFP to SFM. The crew is <br />extremely familiar with all the city streets and city expectations. <br />Jose M. Infante, President of SFM Services, Inc. has thirty -nine (39) years of <br />experience in the landscape industry. He is also a certified arborist. Mr. Infante is <br />'F qualified and experienced in all aspects of landscape services. He is also a FNGLA <br />` Landscape Maintenance Technician. Mr. Infante was a past chair of the APWA <br />(American Public Works Association) Attached please find resume. <br />Christian Infante, Vice President has thirteen (13) years of experience in landscape <br />management.
