�.3 <br />�i <br />Quality Control Measures <br />SFM Services' quality control program monitors the performance of services to insure the contract <br />specifications are being met and that the quality of service is to the client's standards. <br />The onsite manager meets as needed with the client representative throughout the contract to <br />ensure the quality of service the client deserves is being met. <br />Attached please find a sample of our quality control form, one of the many quality control tools for <br />our clients.
