2.1 <br />2.2 <br />2.3 <br />2.4 <br />2.5 <br />2.6 <br />2.7 <br />2.8 <br />,� -9� —p,o • wv <br />c,rr OP SON P�ab <br />Section 2 <br />Special Terms and Conditions <br />PURPOSE OF PROPOSAL: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, (the "City') a municipality located in Miami -Dade County, <br />Florida, requests qualified Proposers to submit proposals for City Wide Healthy Organic Vending <br />Machine Services as more particularly described in Section 3 of this RFP. <br />PRE - PROPOSAL CONFERENCE <br />Intentionally Omitted <br />TERM <br />This contract will commence on the first calendar day of the month succeeding approval of the <br />contract by the City Commission, or designee, unless otherwise stipulated in the Notice of Award <br />letter, which is distributed by the City's Purchasing Agent; and contingent upon the completion <br />and submittal of all required proposal documents. This contract shall remain in effect for one (1) <br />year; provided that the services rendered by the Proposer during the contract period are <br />satisfactory. <br />OPTIONS TO RENEW <br />Prior to, or upon completion, of that initial term, the City shall have the option at its sole <br />discretion to renew this contract for an additional four (4) one year renewals. <br />PRICE <br />If the Proposer is awarded a contract under this solicitation, the prices proposed by the proposer <br />shall remain fixed and firm during the Initial term of contract and each subsequent renewal. <br />PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND <br />Intentionally Omitted. <br />DELIVERY <br />Intentionally Omitted, <br />INSURANCE <br />Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per <br />occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. <br />Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 11 -11 -04 <br />
