KEY PERSONNEL <br />INIM <br />Corporate Management <br />Martha A. Morgan, President <br />Ms. Morgan is co- owner, president, treasurer and chief financial officer of the firm. Qualifications in- <br />clude degree in Business Administration and a Florida State Certified Building Contractor's license. Her <br />skills combine finance and core business operations to achieve successful business planning, financial <br />planning and risk management. She oversees accounting, record keeping, financial reporting and <br />human resources. <br />Matthew F. West, AIA, Principal <br />As co- founder and principal, Mr. West brings over 15 years of architectural and construction experience' <br />to the firm. His diverse project experience includes both public and private projects. In addition to his <br />responsibilities for overseeing the firm, Mr. West is responsible for the overall office management, client <br />relations and administrative activities. <br />Construction <br />Chris Caprio, Construction Project Manager <br />Mr. Caprio has over 20 years commercial and private construction. He possesses strong labor and op -, <br />erational experience and is committed to excellence in quality control and owner satisfaction. <br />Kurt King, Superintendent <br />Mr. King brings over 16 years of experience with extensive experience in ball park construction. His <br />experience includes but is not limited to subcontractor quality and adherence to the plans and specifica- <br />tions, coordinating all inspections as well as preparing daily log reports and two and four week look <br />ahead schedules. <br />West Construction, Inc. has over 85 tradesmen and employees enabling us to self - perform a great deal <br />of our workload thereby creating tremendous cost and time efficiencies to our clients.
