(General Contractor) has successfully <br />completed all the work according to plans and specifications for the following project: <br />City of Hollywood New Western Wellfield Project (City Project No. 95- 3022B). <br />The project consisted in the construction of six (6) new water supply wells, a new Welifield <br />Control /Generator Building and rehabilitation of an existing sewer lift station. Although the <br />project represented a challenge from the beginning, the General Contractor worked <br />diligently in completing the project to the City's satisfaction. <br />Mr. Henry Angelo III (President of H.A. Contracting Corp.) is a courteous person that has <br />always been available to discuss and address the City's concerns. The City recommends <br />H.A.
