QUALIFICATIONS <br />Staffing Plan <br />Williams Paving Co, Inc. opened in 1952. Services include complete road construction, including sub -base, <br />base, asphaltic surface, concrete curbs, sidewalks, storm structures, noise walls, bridge construction, and <br />bridge reconstruction. Williams Paving's additional services include clearing and grubbing, earthwork, <br />underground utilities, water and sanitary sewer, and landscaping. Communicating with clients, project <br />owner, engineers and management, have always been priorities for Williams Paving personnel. The <br />objective in interacting with our clients is to continuously focus on one common goal: the construction of a <br />quality project in the shortest possible time at the best price. Time and again, Williams Paving has proven to <br />be an organization with the power to successfully deliver quality projects in the construction markets of <br />today. <br />The key personnel who will lead the work efforts are described in the following introductions. <br />Mr. Lawrence Collins Project Director — Mr. Collins has over forty years of experience in construction. <br />Lawrence "Lonnie" Collins has been involved in the engineering construction industry of South Florida since <br />1969. He has worked in every facet of the industry and possesses extensive technical knowledge. Prior to <br />joining WPC Lonnie was the owner of C & S Paving Company, Inc., an engineering contractor where he <br />performed over $40M in projects. He has been with Williams Paving Co., Inc. since 1995 and has been <br />instrumental in the company's growth and success as one of South Florida's leading construction firms. <br />Mr. Alan Rodriguez Construction Project Manager — Mr. Rodriguez has over twelve years of experience <br />working on projects similar to this one and has been with Williams Paving Co., Inc. since 1993. He served in <br />the United States Marine Corps. Upon return to the family business, he has worked in every aspect of the <br />operations, ascending to his current position. He keeps constant communication with all construction <br />personnel and inspectors as well as daily work logs to ensure that job safety, job quality and job schedule <br />goals are met.
