times indicated in this Proposal and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Documents. 2. PROPOSAL accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Advertisement or Request for Proposal and General /Special Conditions, including without limitation those dealing with disposition of Proposal security. This Proposal will remain subject to acceptance for ninety (90) days after the day of Proposal opening. PROPOSAL will deliver the required bonds by the Proposal Requirements within ten days after the date of CITY'S Notice of Award. 3. In submitting this Proposal, PROPOSER represents, as more fully set forth in the Documents that: (A) PROPOSER has examined and carefully studied the Proposal Documents and the following Addenda receipt of all which is hereby acknowledged: (List Addenda by Addendum Number and Date) Addendum # 1 dated Nov. 22, 2011 Addendum # 2 dated Dec. 6, 2011 (B) PROPOSER has visited the site and has become familiar with and is satisfied as to the general, local and site conditions that may affect cost, progress, performance and furnishing of the Work. (C) PROPOSER is familiar with and is satisfied as to all federal, state and local Laws and Regulations that may affect cost, progress, performance and furnishing of the Work. (D) PROPOSER has carefully studied all reports of explorations and test of subsurface conditions at or contiguous to the site and all drawings of physical conditions in or relating to existing surface or subsurface structures at or contiguous to the site. PROPOSER acknowledges that CITY and CITY do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information and data shown or indicated in the Proposal Documents with respect to Underground Facilities at or contiguous to the site. PROPOSER has obtained and carefully studied (or assumes responsibility for having done so) all such additional or supplementary examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies and data concerning conditions (surface, subsurface and Underground Facilities) at or contiguous to the site or otherwise which may affect cost progress, performance or furnishing of the Work or which relate to any aspect of the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures of construction to be employed by PROPOSER and safety precautions and programs incident thereto. PROPOSER does not consider that any additional examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies or data are necessary for the determination of this Proposal for performance and furnishing of the Work in accordance with the times, price and other terms and conditions of the Proposal Documents. (E) PROPOSER is aware of the general nature of Work to be performed for CITY and others at the site that relates to Work for which this Proposal is submitted as indicated in the Proposal Documents. (F) PROPOSER has correlated the information known to PROPOSER, information and observations obtained from visits to the site, reports and drawings identified in the Documents and all additional examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies and data with the Documents.
