The project included a 22 -story <br />building to accommodate two (2) levels of parking and 84 residential units. The <br />project required driveway connections to Collins Avenue and the re- direction of <br />existing traffic patterns along, an adjacent access road. <br />Month and Year the project was started and completed: Design Start: 2007; Construction <br />Completion: 2008. <br />Role of Firm and Responsibilities: <br />Under contract to Cohen Freedman Encinosa Architects, P.A., Consulting <br />Engineering & Science, Inc. served as the Civil Engineer of Record for the Civil /Site <br />engineering design, preparation of construction documents, permitting and <br />construction administration services for this project.
