He has also prepared a signal warrant analysis and traffic signal design at <br />an intersection along Collins Avenue and analyzed the site circulation and impacts of the proposed Heritage Park <br />with regard to the local street network and Collins Avenue. Adam has served as a consultant to the Town of Jupiter, <br />providing review of traffic studies, planning studies, and signal design expertise.
