Traffic CITY OF SUNNY ISI,IiS RI?ACII <br />Engineering services <br />Jason Webber, EIT (PA) <br />Relevant Experience <br />Falkenburg Road and Progress Boulevard Extension, Hillsborough County, <br />FL — Served as a design engineer on the Kimley -Horn team on this project that <br />involved the addition of an eastbound left turn lane from the Lee Roy Selmon <br />Expressway Ramp to Falkenburg Road. Designed the stormwater management <br />system for the runoff caused by the construction of the turn lane. <br />' Hayes Road Extension, Oldsmar, FL — Served as a design engineer for <br />the Kimley -Horn team that is working on the 1,800 -foot urban collector road <br />extension within the City of Oldsmar. Project involves the design, alignment, <br />and permitting of the two -lane roadway that includes bicycle lanes and a <br />multi -use trail /sidewalk, as well as extensions of water, sanitary sewer, and <br />reclaimed water down the new right of way. The project also involves extensive <br />utility coordination as a major section of the proposed roadway travels down <br />the Progress Energy utility corridor. In addition, prepared the engineering report <br />for a Southwest Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource <br />Permit modification. Responsible for construction observation, certifications, <br />and closeout of the project upon completion of construction. <br />Barry University Master Plan, Miami Shores, FL — Serving as project analyst. <br />As a subconsultant to another firm, Kimley -Horn is providing utility and traffic <br />and transportation planning services at Barry University's Miami Shores <br />campus. For utility services, the KHA team has provided a compilation of the <br />utility information collected from Barry University staff via meeting and existing <br />plans; conducted an overall assessment of condition of the respective utility <br />based on the best information available; conducted an overall assessment <br />of condition and life expectancy of the respective utility based on information <br />received from the University; conducted an assessment of existing utilities <br />(water, sanitary sewer and drainage) to determine demands and required <br />improvements based on the 5 -year and 20 -year buildout of the campuses; <br />assisted in phasing and scheduling of utility improvements; and reviewed and <br />made recommendations of LEED° design characteristics for drainage services. <br />Traffic and transportation planning services have included the review of <br />vehicular, pedestrian, golf cart and bicycle circulation, and a review of parking <br />requirements for the campus. <br />Broward College Campus -Wide Master Planning, Broward County, <br />FL — Served as project analyst.
