Survey included existing asphalt, stripping, sidewalks, building walls, dumpster, site light poles and tree locations. Preparation of preliminary plat and plat processing. Easement preparation for various franchise and public utilities. Consultant additionally, was a Land Development Consultant, prepared a plat of the property and is currently providing construction layout services and as- builts for the property. Lake Okeechobee Bathymetry Resurvey and Data Integration; Transitional Area Data Acquisition Principal -in- Charge Third Order Class -I Hydrographic /Topographic Survey in order to acquire topographic survey data in Lake Okeechobee's transitional (perimeter) area of transects for 45 miles of shoreline were completed for the purpose of establishing a data connection between Airborne LiDAR Survey and Bathymetric Survey performed by survey vessels. This data was compiled in ESRI's ArcGIS and provided to the South Florida Water Management District's (SFWMD) GIS database. City of Delray Beach Plat Re view Consulting Contract Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. was selected by the City of Delray Beach as one of their selected survey and engineering firms to provide professional services on a continuing contract on an as needed basis. Services provided to the City of Delray Beach include plat review services for the purpose of plat approval by the City Commission. Approximately twenty -five (25) plats were reviewed and approved by Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. US 441 — Village of Wellington, Florida Principal -in- Charge responsible for the Right -of -Way Mapping, surface and subsurface data acquisition and design survey for 1.5 miles of US 441 (State Road No. 7) for the purpose of design and construction of improvements relating to the Isla Verde project.
