Lindley, P.L.S. <br />PROJECT RELATED EXPERIENCE: <br />Davis Landing Phase 1 and 2, Lake Worth, Florida <br />Conducted a Boundary Survey, Topographic and Tree Survey of the subject property. Survey included <br />existing asphalt, stripping, sidewalks, building walls, dumpster, site light poles and tree locations. <br />Preparation of preliminary plat and plat processing. Easement preparation for various franchise and <br />public utilities. Consultant additionally, was a Land Development Consultant, prepared a plat of the <br />property and is currently providing construction layout services and as- builts for the property. <br />Lake Okeechobee Bathymetry Resurvey and Data Integration; <br />Transitional Area Data Acquisition <br />Principal -in- Charge Third Order Class -I Hydrographic /Topographic Survey in order to acquire <br />topographic survey data in Lake Okeechobee's transitional (perimeter) area of transects for 45 miles of <br />shoreline were completed for the purpose of establishing a data connection between Airborne LiDAR <br />Survey and Bathymetric Survey performed by survey vessels. This data was compiled in ESRI's <br />ArcGIS and provided to the South Florida Water Management District's (SFWMD) GIS database. <br />City of Delray Beach Plat Re view Consulting Contract <br />Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. was selected by the City of Delray Beach as one of their selected survey and <br />engineering firms to provide professional services on a continuing contract on an as needed basis. <br />Services provided to the City of Delray Beach include plat review services for the purpose of plat <br />approval by the City Commission.
