At the present time, <br />there are no monetarily significant or meritorious claims outstanding and no judgments have been entered <br />against Kimley -Horn. Settlements related to claims are bound by confidentiality Agreements so we <br />cannot release that information. <br />From time to time, Kimley -Horn will file a lawsuit against a client for unpaid fees.
