<br />Mr. 'M>hlfarth, p.e. is the Director of the Englne.ring Department which includes
<br />professional and technical personnel. He also has overall responsibility for the Special
<br />Inspection, Construction Materials Testing and Geotechnical Engineering Divisions
<br />where he directs training, quality system review and personnel evaluations. His
<br />responsibilities include report rltvlew, signing and sltlllng geotechnical enginttering,
<br />structural inspection and laboratory tlsting reports for the company, providing contract
<br />negotiltion and administration, budget estimating and projed management.

<br />Mr. 'M>hlfarth has 22 years of experience (15 with NEF) in various aspects of
<br />geotechnical engineering which Include dotennining feasibility of site development,
<br />foundation design analysis and recommendations, providing engineering evaluation for
<br />bridge and roadway construction, pavement design for roadways, roadway subgrade
<br />stabilization by geotextiles and other means, design of shoring systems for utility
<br />trenches and other deep excavations, dewatering methodology for trench and other
<br />excavations and backfill procedures, setting up and monitoring pile load tests, and
<br />providing value engineering for foundations.

<br />Mr. VVohlfarth served as Project Engineer for the FOOT Broward Boulevardfl-95 f1yover
<br />ramps and access improvements to the Tri-Rail systltm, which included three new
<br />bridges. Additional project experience includes being the Project Engineer for the FOOT
<br />roadway widening and Turnpike improvements at Tamiami Trail. This particular project
<br />included three new bridges and over three miles of roadway improvements.

<br />. City of Hollywood: multiple ongoing projects, including Decorative Wall along
<br />Boardwalk, Surf Road waterf sewer lines, bus shelters, Pubfic Works Facility
<br />
<br />. City of Delray Beach: Atlantic Avenue improvements- 1-95 to NW 1 ih Avenue,
<br />east of 1-95 north and south side of Atlantic Avenue; new piping, paver brick! pacer
<br />sidewalks, decorative street lamps, landscaping, curb extensions to define where
<br />parallel parking is along the street and widening the sidewalks. Converted the
<br />signalized intersections at 12th, 10th and 8th Avenue to trombontt mast arms.
