<br />R. J. Behar & Company, Inc. (RJ Behar) is most pleased to submit five (5) sets, one (1) original and four (4) copies of
<br />completed packages for this Request for Qualifications to provide to provide PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT
<br />SERVICES for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We are complementing our team with the addition of FR Aleman &
<br />Associates, Inc., a recognized firm who will be responsible for SUE/Survey and Easement Description, and HR
<br />Engineering Services, Inc., who will be in charge of the Geotechnical services. We have worked with these firms in the
<br />past and have developed excellent working relationships.
