The City <br />intends to use the property to provide a park and open space for its residents. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the settlement agreement between the Gold Club Inc. and the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach, the City agreed to use Harbour Construction, Inc. to provide demolition <br />services for 151 & 215 Sunny Isles Boulevard, As such, the City will enter into an <br />agreement with the Harbour Construction, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $95, 520.00 <br />for demolition services, The settlement was previously approved by the City <br />Commission.
