Approach / Methodology <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br />■ Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br />■ Overall organization to completing the project <br />■ Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br />■ Description and /or examples of how the broker would develop financial <br />evaluations of insurance plans <br />■ Description of how the broker would propose to market the program, including a <br />list of companies that would be approached, and the A.M. Best Company's rating <br />of each <br />• A specific explanation of how the broker in -house specialists can be utilized to <br />control worker's compensation costs. <br />• Detail your ability to monitor regulatory and legislative developments at both the <br />State and Federal level and how this will be communicated to the City <br />5. Cost of Services <br />Each firm shall submit in their price proposal and any pricing conditions or contingencies <br />must be clearly stated. <br />6. References <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past Customers <br />of which they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. <br />• Each Reference must be supplied on Clients Letterhead <br />• Each Reference letter must me signed with contact person and phone number. <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the <br />Proposer's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the <br />contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br />7. Availability <br />Indicate current and anticipated workloads and availability for other activities and include <br />proximity or frequency to the City for service calls. Identify the extent and nature of any <br />anticipated outside support. <br />8.
