All parties agree that the quantities are estimated and are subject to change. <br /> <br />This proposal must be included in any subsequent contract and serve as the scope of work as well any inclusions or <br />exclusions. This proposal subject to revision or cancellation unless accepted within 30 days. Material prices are subject to <br />review after 30 days if delivery exceeds 30 days from date of contract. As per florida statute, deposits are non-refundable. <br /> <br />This proposal, when accepted by the buyer and approved by Sustainable Restoration,lnc. becomes a contract document <br />in full force and binding on both parties.
