He has provided civil design, construction <br />inspections, field surveys and planning layouts for numerous <br />site/civil and permitting projects throughout South Florida and the <br />Caribbean. Mr. Betancourt conducts inspections and interacts with <br />contractors to ensure the project is completed according to design <br />plans and specifications. Annually he prepares and processes <br />approximately six to ten site plans for developments in South <br />Florida. These plans include civil engineering designs for water <br />distribution, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, il1'igation and <br />stormwater management facilities. His stormwater management <br />design experience includes the use of best management practices <br />as well as injection wells and exfiltration trenches. <br /> <br />REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />10th Street Auditorium, Miami Beach, Florida <br />CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br />Civil design and environmental permitting for the City of Miami <br />Beach's 10111 Street Auditorium and Beach Patrol Headquarters. <br />The design included restoration of the two buildings to include <br />new water and sewer service, as well as connections to the <br />adjacent public restrooms. <br /> <br />1826 Collins Avenue Garage, Miami Beach, Florida <br />CLIENT: Crescent Heights <br />Site/civil engineering services for 139 space 4-story automated <br />parking garage. Designed paving, grading and drainage as well as <br />water and sewer services.
