Design included a stormwater management system that <br />combines drainage wells with exfiltration trenches along with <br />retention areas and water and sewer services for the Park, which <br />includes Miami-Dade Water and Sewer master agreements for the <br />redeveloped Park. <br /> <br />North Beach Recreational Corridor (NBRC), Miami Beach, Florida <br />CLIENT: City of Miami Beach <br />Site/Civil engineering services include paving and grading for 6,700 <br />LF of multi-purpose public access corridor to traverse along the <br />western edge of the beach dunes between 64th Street and 79th Street. <br />Design includes dune enhancements, landscaping, electrical and <br />water service for irrigation. <br /> <br />South of Fifth, Miami Beach, Florida <br />CLIENT: BR Villa Luisa, LLC. <br />Development of four condominium buildings on top of a garage <br />pedestal with an on-grade pool deck area and dune restoration <br />project. Provided coastal permitting and engineering services that <br />included permits from the Florida Depmtment of Environmental <br />Protection (DEP) and marine turtle lighting review through the <br />Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Also <br />provided Florida Building Code, City Code (FBC), and Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood compliance <br />revIews. <br /> <br />South Pointe Park, Miami Beach, Florida <br />CLIENT: Hargreaves and Associates <br />Civil design and coastal/environmental permlttmg of a multi- <br />purpose recreational park area for structural, hardscape, and <br />landscape improvements in excess of 16 acres.
