Individual project managers will of course be identified for each assignment and all necessary support staff will then be allocated to provide these services in accordance to said scope. The personnel that we assign in the capacity of project managers are officers of the firm fully authorized to represent CSA Group in every aspect required by the contract. Dr. Carlos Mallot P.E. who will serve as the Principal-In- Charge of this contract} will maintain authority over all management staff} and will proactively serve as an extension of the City of Sunny Isles Beach}s staff. The CSA Team is prepared to commit the full strength of its company and team members to ensure that every project entrusted to our Team will be performed with the Citis needs and that projects are delivered with the highest quality} on time and within budget, with CSA Team members working side by side with City staff to ensure a successful outcome} every step of the way.
