<br />TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
<br />Mr. Bruce has over 32 years of experience in surveying and mapping. He has served as project manager on
<br />numerous projects ranging from hydrographic, construction, condominium, boundary, topographic, mean high
<br />water, subdivision, to design and transportation surveys. He is also a Vice-President and Director of Surveying at
<br />the Miramar Office - Responsibilities include preparation of cost proposals, participation in survey related
<br />presentations, monitoring budgets, supervising overall field and office surveying operations, handling various
<br />surveying needs for clients, selecting and employing new of employees.
