We service the small projects with the same emphasis and commitment to quality as we do the many large projects we have done. CAS currently provides stormwater design services including General Consulting Services as Town Engineer, City Engineer, Village Engineer, District Engineer and County Engineer for the following local government agencies: Village of Bal Harbour (since 1987) Town of Golden Beach (since 2000) City of Moore Haven (since 1995) City of Sweetwater (since 2000) Glades County (since 1994) Okeechobee County (since 1990) Spring Lake Improvement District (since 2004) Town of Pembroke Park (since 1989) Village of EI Portal (since 2005) . J Most of the services performed for these government agencies are related to water and sewer utility projects, stormwater improvement projects and roadway improvement projects. Eighty (80%) percent of the projects performed have been funded through CAS grant assistance. We recently assisted the Town of Golden Beach in their securing of a Nine Million ($9,000,000)) Dollar HMGP grant for infrastructure renovations, the City of Sweetwater was awarded (October 2011) an additional Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand ($2,900,000) infrastructure grant, the Town of Pembroke Park was awarded (October 2011) a Nine Hundred Thousand ($900,000) infrastructure grant and the City of Moore Haven in their securing of One Million Nine Hundred Thousand ($1,900,000) Dollars for stormwater infrastructure improvements by completing and submitting their applications. Our relationships with the funding agencies, DERM and the South Florida Water Management District staff allow us to work together to assist in obtaining these types of grant funds. Grant assistance is a Value Added ability that CAS commits to providing the City should we be selected in the RFQ process. , I I , J j , , , , , , CAS President and Professional Engineer Gene R. I I CAS currently is in the close-out stages of numerous projects for our clients and is in need of additional work for our staff of 40 which are local residents. We have the experienced staff available for the City's projects and commit the resources to this project. Our proximity to the City allows for expedient and superior service to the City. We are presently serving Golden Beach and Bal Harbour which provides cost savings. CAS is client oriented and not project driven.
