I <br /> <br />I I <br /> <br />COMPANY INFORMATION <br /> <br />Availability - CAS is available to start immediately upon award and authorization from the City. <br />CAS prides itself on our ability to tailor our services to meet our clients' needs. We are proud <br />of our past history of successful design projects. This success is a result of our highly experienced <br />staff members who have created a cohesive team ensuring projects are completed in a timely and <br />cost effective manner. CAS is dedicated to execute the project schedule established at the <br />beginning of the project. Most projects shall include a pre-design conference to establish the <br />project contact with the City, regulating agency and CAS. From this meeting a detailed project <br />schedule will be created, including a Schedule of Values. This will be updated through the project <br />design/construction process. Design team updates will be provided on a regular basis as <br />requested by the City to all involved with the project. Status of each milestone identified at the <br />initial project "kick-off' meeting will be provided on a monthly basis with an updated project <br />schedule, similar to the following example. <br /> <br />CRAIG A.
