We believe our team <br />exceeds the requirements of this RFQ because of our experience in Street Design and Drainage <br />Improvements, Here are some examples of similar projects: <br /> <br />, 1 <br /> <br />r I <br /> <br /> <br />· Robayna and Associates, Inc as sub consultant to Eartech (now AECOM) developed the Needs <br />Assessment Program Project (NAP) for Miami Dade County W ASD. <br />The scope of this $ 1 Billion dollar project included planning, <br />preliminary design, design standards development, design <br />management, permitting assistance, public information out reach, bid <br />packaging, construction management, utility conflict coordination, <br />scoping, QNQC, cost estimating, scheduling and other tasks, The <br />program to date has involved 40 separate water and sewer projects <br />totaling $60M in constructed value and involving design and <br />construction of 17,815 1 f of pressurized sewer force main from 4- <br />inch to 12-inch diameter; 91,451 If of 8-inch to 16-inch pressurized <br />water main; 39,000 If of 8-inch gravity sewer from 8-inch; and 6 Pump Stations. Also assisted in aspects of <br />pre-construction, construction management, and project post-construction including project planning and <br />development, permitting, designer procurement and management, construction contractor procurement <br />assistance, construction management, and project services. These projects design phase were completed on <br />2007. Portions are constructed and others under construction. Design Services for SW 62nd Ave. from SW 24th to <br />Tamiami Canal Road. Project developed as sub consultant <br />of APCT Engineers for Miami Dade County Public Works <br />Dept. <br />Project consisted of 2 miles of road improvements design <br />services for widening and traffic operational improvements <br />and roadways within the existing right-of-way, with traffic <br />calming features, including traffic circles. The overall <br />design services included land surveying, design plans for <br />roadway widening, drainage improvements, lighting <br />improvements, as well as pavement markings and signing. <br />This project is under construction. The execution of this project for the Miami Dade <br />County Public Works Department is essential to our <br />expertise. RAA worked in conjunction with Kimley-Hom <br />and Associates, Inc. The Venetian Causeway is <br />approximately 10,560 LF of roadway with a right-of-way <br />variable from 55 feet to 350 feet. The project boundaries <br />extend from Alton Road to the western boundary of the <br />City of Miami Beach and from Bayshore Drive to eastern <br />boundary of the City of Miami. <br />The objective of this project is to provide beautification <br />enhancements and improvements to the Venetian <br />Causeway. Include design of new road alignment with a <br />curb and gutter, bicycle path and pedestrian sidewalks, <br />storm water drainage improvements, landscape and <br />lighting, The last two services provided by other members <br /> <br />10 <br />
