I <br /> <br />The firms experience is comprised of 30 years of experience plus the accumulated knowledge of its entire <br />staff. Mr. Robayna has 41 years of experience satisfying the needs of various government agencies and a <br />variety of private clients. The company has been involved with government infrastructure, land <br />development, and institutional projects from its inception. These projects have included program studies, <br />feasibility studies, boundary and route surveys, environmental studies, land use studies, site planning, <br />zoning studies and ordinances, complete engineering design for roadway and pipe lines, parking lots, <br />municipal street improvement projects, wetland, coastal and environmental permitting, construction <br />inspection and administration. <br /> <br />Our municipal experience has included working for the majority of the Miami-Dade County Departments <br />(Public Works, WASD, PERA, Parks and Recreation, Aviation, Fire, GSA, Community Development, etc), <br />the City of Sweetwater, City of Opa-Locka, City of Hialeah, City of Homestead, City of Miami and Florida <br />City. <br /> <br />, I <br /> <br />In the private industry, we have served, directly or indirectly, a variety of developers, architects, contractors <br />and industrial clients. Our recent experience includes drainage, pavement marking and signage, <br />and maintenance of traffic for the Venetian Causeway Streetscape Beautification project which included <br />the initial design of deep drainage wells which were later substituted for exfiItration trench due to cost <br />constrains. Additionally, 27th Ave from Bayshore Drive to US-l and 62nd Avenue from Coral Way to <br />Tamiami Canal Road that included pavement marking and signage as well as maintenance of traffic. Over <br />
