SW 681h Ave. to SW 40th St. & S. Waterway Dr.-SW 68th Ave. to SW 6ih Ave. Our firm performed the design phase of this project first. Later in the construction phase we were responsible for all surveying work for Pabon Engineering for the construction of the project with a length of approximately 0.8 miles. Our scope of services included right-of-way determination, route and topographic survey. Elevations, including setting a baseline. · NW 37th Ave. Area Water & Sewer Improvements - MDC W ASD. - Contract MISC-21, GOB-70267, - This project consisted of route and topographic survey for the engineering design of water distribution and sanitary sewage collection improvements from NW 41st Street to NW 51s1 St. between NW 35th Ave. & NW 36th Ave. · Greenways Black Trail Segment A. MDC Park and Recreation Dept. -The project consisted of topographic and route survey of approximately 9.10 Miles for SFWMD Canal right-of-way for the enhancement and park pedestrian path engineer design. Perform of a route survey mostly along the Black Creek Canal right-of-way for the purposes of construction a bikeway and multiple recreational use paths. The project extends on both ends into County parks, Black Creek Park in the South and Larry and Penny Thompson Park in the North. · Federal Correctional Institute. - U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons F.C.I.-GSA. This project consists of boundary survey of five (5) acre tracts within the Federal Penitentiary and the Gold Coast Rail Road Museum. Preparation of all drawings showing verification and establishment of horizontal control points, geometry and calculations, legal descriptions and sketches of survey. A complete detailed boundary survey was created via CADD to depict new parcel as part of the Federal Penitentiary. · Government Cut Tunnel Design-Build Criteria Package Survey, Geotechnical and Engineering Services- Fisher Island, FL MDC W ASD. The project consists of right-of-way and easement determination, right-of-way, route and topographic survey from Miami Beach, thru Fisher Island, to Virginia Key and from Fisher Island to the Port of Miami for the purpose of constructing tunnels connecting the water and sewer facilities in this area. Includes extensive GPS surveying with interconnected controls, sub aqueous profiling 0 f Government Cut, Norris Cut and Fisher Cut, as well as surveying of the staging areas for the construction and installation of water mains. r I l J , J 48
