The project is located within <br />Chapman Field Park from Old Cutler Road to <br />approximately 3f4 mile east into the park. The <br />work included the geometric design of the <br />pedestrian/bike paths and parking lot, design site <br />paving, grading, and drainage plans. <br />Coordinating the work with other subconsultants <br />including Surveyors, Geotechnical, Structural <br />Engineers and environmental consultants. Our <br />scope of work also included preparing and <br />submitting permit applications and construction <br />plans for "dry-run" and "final" review by local <br />regulatory agencies including Miami-Dade County <br />Building Department, Miami-Dade Public Works <br />Dept., and DERM; as well as, Environment <br />Resources Permit (ERP) for costal construction <br />and impacts to wetlands and mangroves, <br /> <br />, 1 <br /> <br />l J <br /> <br />l J <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />, j <br /> <br />Construction Phase services included weekly <br />construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, <br />responding to RFI's, providing periodic <br />construction observations, and preparing close- <br />out documents. <br /> <br />, J <br /> <br />..
