<br />Griffin Road, FL; Project Manager, Engineer of Record. Included in this project was the milling and
<br />resurfacing of two miles of highway and the addition of two lanes of new roadway to create a four lane
<br />section. This involved the addition of drainage improvements and water quality improvements.
<br />
<br />NW 38th Street Improvements, Oakland Park, FL - Project Manager- Mr. Taylor managed the
<br />engineering design services for a section of roadway located west of 1-95. The design included paving, base,
<br />-sub- base, drainage -and - other -utilities:-This- was-an-existing-40 - year - old-roadway whi ch was -originally
<br />designed without consideration of the drainage of areas adjacent to the roadway. This was corrected with
<br />the reconstruction.

<br />Bonaventure Development District (BOD), Weston, FL. Mr. Taylor works on various design projects and
<br />"troubleshoots" issues related to the District. The Bonaventure Development District (BDD), formerly
<br />known as West Lauderdale Water Control District, was first developed in the early 1970's and annexed into
<br />the City of Weston in 1997 and encompasses 1,237 acres, to include residential, a major hotel/conference
<br />facility, two golf courses and a limited number of commercial properties.
<br />
<br />The District's storm water management system consists of canals and lakes interconnected discharging
<br />into the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) North New River Canal (NNRC). The water
<br />quality and discharge rates are permitted to be controlled by two storm water pump stations on the
<br />northern boundary of the community. Construction of the principal Drainage Facilities began in 1970 and
<br />was completed in 1974.
<br />
<br />NW 12th Street Improvements, Oakland Park, FL- Project Manager. Within the CRA redevelopment
<br />area, this narrow roadway did not meet the standards required to create an environment conducive to
<br />positive economic development of the area. This included widening, on street parking, and the introduction
<br />of new landscape and hardscape elements. Services provided included the planning, design, and permitting
<br />of roadway, drainage, utility relocation, pavement marking and striping improvements.
<br />
<br />Cougar Lane, Coconut Creek, FL-project Manager. Cougar Lane, adjacent to Coconut Creek High School,
<br />was a roadway nearing the end of its intended useful design life that was experiencing drainage problems.
<br />Services provided included the design, permitting, and construction services for milling and resurfacing of
<br />the roadway, utility relocation, and drainage retrofit for one half mile of existing roadway.
<br />
<br />Manatee Isles Drive Roadway Project, Weston, FL, Project Engineer. This project for the City of
<br />Weston, was designed to widen and provide drainage improvements on Manatee Isles Drive between SW
<br />196th Avenue and South Post Road. The project also included milling and resurfacing, median work,
<br />installation of curb and gutter, signing and marking upgrades, and a Maintenance of Traffic plan, in addition
<br />to proposed electrical, landscape and irrigation work.
