He has been responsible for studies, designs and <br />preparation of construction documents and construction observations for a wide variety <br />of site development projects including numerous water and wastewater collection, <br />transmission and treatment systems, He also has extensive experience in biological and <br />environmental investigations leading to the preparation of a wide variety of impact and <br />assessments reports. He has planned and implemented detailed field investigations and <br />sampling programs, prepared engineering and feasibility reports including hazardous <br />waste assessments and obtained a variety of permits from local, State, and Federal <br />agencies, <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />Mr. Guttman personally oversees all environmental planning projects which the firm <br />undertakes. He maintains a close personal working relationship with the staffs of all <br />environmental permitting agencies to facilitate a strong and creditable presence in <br />sensitive permitting matters. <br /> <br />\ <br />,~ <br /> <br />His specific project experience includes studies of the sewage collection/transmission <br />systems at Miami International Airport and at the Ocean Reef Club in Monroe County; <br />and, the design ofa non-community_water treatment/distribution system in-Delray Beach; ~ <br />a water storage/pumping system at Cheeca Lodge and sewage treatment facilities at <br />Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada, the Angler's Club in North Key Largo and at Homestead <br />Bayfront Park.
