The proposed project consists of the <br />construction of a marina facility to serve a proposed mixed use development. The proposed <br />consists of the construction of a mixed use development which includes a marina, hotel, <br />restaurant, and retail shops. The proposed marina includes the construction of a concrete deck, <br />t-docks, finger piers and floating docks to accommodate 173 boat slips. In addition, <br />maintenance dredging is proposed to a depth of (-) 7.00 ft NGVD to match the historical depth <br />of the surrounding area. <br /> <br />The Chappell Group, Inc. provided all environmental services for the marina development <br />including the necessary approvals with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), St. Johns River <br />Water Management District (SJRWMD), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Florida Fish and Wildlife <br />Conservation Commission (FFWCC), and US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS). As required by <br />permitting agencies, The Chappell Group provided all permitting services and design for the <br />every aspect of the marina including the hotel transient dockage, day dockage, and Dock <br /> <br />Pompano Beach, Florida <br /> <br />2135 <br />
