<br />Mr. Mitchell's capabilities include wetland jurisdictional detenninations, environmental feasibility studies,
<br />Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's), seagrass surveys, benthic resource monitoring, gopher tortoise surveys,
<br />environmental pennitting, mitigation design, and mitigation monitoring. Mr. Mitchell has performed a number of
<br />endangered and threatened species surveys, jurisdictional determinations, and environmental monitoring reports. He
<br />has prepared Phase I ESA's and has over eight years of experience in many types of environmental permitting,
<br />including wetlands, residential docks, marinas and coastal development. Mr. Mitchell also has extensive experience in
<br />water quality sampling and analysis.
