utility systems for nearly 16 years. He has relevant and recent work experience in
designating, locating and plant protection projects. He has performed utility investigations
with a variety of electronic detection devices, survey equipment and air/vacuum
excavators on numerous projects throughout Florida, New York, Virginia and Maryland. He
has supervised over 10,000 test holes and over 1,000,000 utility feet of designating.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Districtwide Utility Coordination Services, FOOT 6 (2006 - Present). Mr. Stanton provides
Utility Coordination services for this project. FRA has completed numerous major roadway
projects under this contract and also provides on-site services as needed. Tasks have
included all phases of utility negotiations, relocation and cost estimates all the way
through to construction. Contact: Mr. Tony Soto (305) 470,5232

1-595 Corridor Roadway Improvements, FOOT 4 (04/2009 - Present). FRA serves as a
subconsultant to the ACS Dragados/EarthTech Team for this project. The area of this
project extend from the 1-75/Sawgrass Expressway interchange to the 1-595/1-95
interchange in central Broward County, Florida, for a total project length of approximately
10.5 miles. The project consists of the reconstruction, addition of auxiliary lanes and
resurfacing of the 1,595 mainline (including associated improvements to frontage roads
and ramps), and a new reversible express lanes system in the 1-595 median. Under Mr.
Stanton's direction, FRA is providing SUE services to support the design and construction
for approximately 15.5 miles of the interstate highway system. FRA provides designation
of all requested underground utilities by means of electromagnetic and ground
penetrating radar (GRP). In addition, we are providing utility locations using the vacuum
excavation method for approximately 1500 possible utility conflicts. Our in-house
surveying group is providing the necessary survey support so we may deliver a stand alone
product certified by a professional Surveyor. Contact: Mr. Dong Chen (954) 777- 4362
