QUALIFICATIONS BHA is uniquely qualified as the best team to perform the contract because of our familiarity with the project area. t We have successfully produced high quality design plans and provided surveying services on similar projects for the City of Sunny Isles Beach in the recent past. BHA provided full civil engineering services for the Central Island Drainage Project from 2005 -2010. k- Y S ii r 1 t � (i 1 i l.� f i r J BHA also designed drainage outfall improvements for the Central Island Emergency Outfalls Improvements project in 2009. The emergency outfall project was located approximately 0.5 miles north of this NE 174th Street project. In 2010, BHA designed the Central Island Emergency Outfall at North Bay Road for the City. Again, BHA delivered high quality plans for a similar project in the vicinity of this NE 174th street drainage improvement project. In addition to providing drainage design services for the Central Island Emergency Outfall at North Bay Road project, BHA also performed surveying services and provided the drainage easement legal description. BHA has been providing full civil engineering design services since 1955. As well as the projects mentioned above that were performed for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, BHA has successfully delivered countless civil engineering projects to scores of municipalities, local, state and federal agencies. The following pages detail just a few of our projects, including the Central Island Drainage Project mentioned above. A schedule of proposed services is outlined in Section 4, Approach /Methodology.
