<br />Mr. S,ilnchez has over 19 years of experience in the design and proj~ct management of highway
<br />transportation projects in Florida. Mr. Sanchez has over 5 years of~xperience in working with
<br />the FOOT District 6, and over 3 years with MDX. He joined the consultant industry in 2003.
<br />His design experience encompasses the project management and oversight of all aspects of
<br />highway design, including plans preparation and production process, roadway design, traffic
<br />operations, drainage, pavement design, environmental permitting and utility coordination.
<br />
<br />Mr. Sanchez has served on numerous countywide committees; such as Transportation
<br />Improvement Plan Development Subcommittee, Transportation Enhancement Plan
<br />Subcommittee, Unified Planning Work Program Development Committee, and Long Range
<br />Transportation Plan Development Committee, MIC Perimeter Road Subcommittee, to name
<br />a few.

<br />MDX PRODUCTION & PLANNING PROGRAM MANAGER, MIAMI-DADE
<br />COUNTY, FL: Program Manager - Overseeing the Production and Planning Divisions in
<br />meeting the deadlines and goals of the Agency's overall work program. During this period,
<br />the work program consisted of approximately thirty (30) projects and expenditures above 1.2
<br />Billion Dollars for 5 years. Coordinated the SR-874 Master Plan including all of the relevant
<br />improvements along the facility such as SR-874 NB On-Ramp from Kendall Drive, SR-874
<br />Mainline Reconstruction, SR-874 Killian Interchange, SR-874 Communication & Incident
<br />Management & Surveillance, SR-874 Noise Walls, SR-874/Florida Turnpike Interchange PD&E,
<br />SR-874 Toll Plaza Improvements, SR-874 at SR-826/Bird/Miller Road Interchange (FDOT's
<br />Section II). This master plan expended massive coordination efforts between the Department
<br />of Transportation, the Turnpike Authority, FEC Railroad Agency, as well as the residents

<br />FDOT DISTRICT 6, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL: Consultant Project Manager
<br />- Responsible for the coordination and production of approximately seventy-seven (77)
<br />projects. These included all types of roadway projects, such as; bridges, highways, interchanges,
<br />re-surfacing, utility relocation, intersection improvements, enhancement, sea walls, noise walls,
<br />etc. The majority of these projects were completed through Districtwide Minor Design
<br />Consultant Contracts. In addition, there were a number of "stand-alone" projects such as, Killian
<br />Parkway Interchange, US-I Bus Lanes, Daytonia Bridge, NW 27th Avenue Reconstruction, to
