Cost of Services Each firm shall submit in their price proposal and any pricing conditions or contingencies must be clearly stated. 6. References Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past Customers of which they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. . Each Reference must be supplied on Clients Letterhead . Each Reference letter must me signed with contact person and phone number. The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Proposer's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. 7. Availability Indicate current and anticipated workloads and availability for other activities and include proximity or frequency to the City for service calls. Identify the extent and nature of any anticipated outside support. 8. Contract Forms All completed contract forms Failure to provide all documentation in response to items #1 - #8 in this Section Five may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive by the City.
