The design incorporated the physical equipment installation <br />requirements, as well as communicated the LPR system data to NYPD monitoring facilities via the New York <br />City Wireless Network (NYCWiN). GPI provided engineering support for the 37 fixed LPR sites identified <br />by the NYPD. GPI was responsible for the development of construction plans, specifications and details for <br />the installation of LPR CCTV cameras, controller cabinets and wireless communication equipment on New <br />York City roadways. <br /> <br />New York City Wireless Communications, New York, NY; 2007-2011. Project Manager. <br />Client: Northrop Grumman IT <br />This project was initiated to implement private, secure wireless communications system along with roadway <br />surveillance cameras on New York City roadways for NYCDOT.
