In my position as the Director of Facilities and Safety <br />at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), I have responsibility for the museum's safety and <br />facility operations. <br /> <br />\, <br />, <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />In early 2011, Jim Francis and his team from T & M put together MoMA's crisis <br />management plan and conducted training on personal safety for more than 800 employees <br />and volunteers. Both of these tasks were performed with professional expertise and <br />thoughtful understanding of the museum's specific needs. The training sessions were <br />informative and engaging, and the crisis management plan is in use, guiding the museum's <br />crisis management team on a regular basis.
