Snack Time is interested in expanding their services to Pelican <br />Community Park where a concession stand is located and not currently being operated. <br />The City desires to provide concession services to the park patrons after school hours and <br />on the weekends. Snack Time can provide those services to the community with little <br />expense to the City. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The City will provide the concession space that currently exists at Pelican Community <br />Park and will be responsible for the utilities related to that space.
