It <br />is Type Certified by the Federal Communications Commission, and meets the <br />new EIA 102 "Analog" Narrow Band compliant standards established by the <br />FCC. It is currently in use by Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies <br />through out the United States. <br /> <br />In conclusion, Tactical Technologies Inc. and the above mentioned RF <br />synthesized transmitter device is guaranteed for 3 Years following delivery.
