<br />.. <br /> <br />will signify the Owner/Client's acceptance of all the Tenus and Conditions outlined herein. <br />Accordingly, the Owner warrants that the necessary funds are available to pay EcoPlan for <br />services and expenses outlined in the letter agreement and that these funds are not <br />encumbered or contingent upon subsequent approvals permits or financing commitment. <br /> <br />8. The Owner/Client agrees not to change the title of any drawings based on the designated <br />phase under which they were prepared. For example, drawings done at the conceptual level of <br />design and labeled "Conceptual Plan" may not be changed to any other title such as <br />"Preliminary Master Plan" or "Master Plan," or published as documents with any other title. <br /> <br />9. Any changes to previously approved designs shall be considered additional work and billed <br />in addition to the fees set in the agreement. <br /> <br />10. This letter agreement and attached proposal will be valid for 90 days from the date of its <br />issuance. After that tenn, fees and conditions will be subject to change. <br /> <br />11.
