Application for Site Plan ApprovaV Variancesl Approval <br />. for Use of Private TDRsI Withdrawal of Application for Purchase of Public <br />TDRsl and Waiver of Beach Access <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Hasbun: <br /> <br />On behalf of Chateau Beach, LLC (the "Applic!lllt"), the developer of the proposed <br />Chateau Beach residential project located at the above referenced address (the "Property") we <br />respectfully submit this Second Amended Letter of Inten'ririconnection with your Department's <br />rules and regulations for filing a Public Hearing Application in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />The Applicant respectfully seeks approval to redevelop the Property from its fOl1)).er use <br />as a seventy-two (72) unit motel-condo with a new luxurious one with 84 oceanfront reSidential <br />tinits.
