<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012- \ "6 I,;!> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING BUDGET <br />AMENDMENT NO. BA1112-014 TO FISCAL YEAR 201112012 <br />BUDGET TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND (20) WHICH <br />INCLUDES A REDUCTION IN THE FUND BALANCE RESERVE BY <br />ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($157,000.00); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL <br />THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission has directed staff to provide for new and/or additional <br />goods and services that were not contemplated in the approved Fiscal Year 20 I 1/2012 Budget; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the implementation of these new and/or additional goods and services <br />requires certain budget amendments to the Fiscal Year 2011/2012 Budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I. Approval of Budget Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves Budget <br />Amendment No. BAIl 12-014, for Fiscal Year 2011/2012 adopted budget for the following: <br /> <br />Capital Proiects Fund (20) <br /> <br />Increase in the Collins A venue Streetscape Improvement Project - Capital Projects fund for the <br />enhanced landscape and fiber optics project on Collins Avenue ($157,000.00). <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
