<br />On behalf of .LPLA Partners, LP (the "Applicant "), the Developer of The Mansions at
<br />Acqualina residential project located at the. above referenced address (the "Property ,,), we,
<br />respectfully submit this Letter of Intent in connection with your Department's ordinances, rules
<br />and regulations for filing a Public Hearimg Application in the City of Sunny Isles Beach, The
<br />requests set forth herein will not increase either the density or intensity of the proposed
<br />development:
<br />The Applicant respectfully seeks approval to:
<br />CI) Withdraw the previously requested modification of the previously approved site
<br />Plan in order to allow 7 units that may be developed with five (3) bedrooms at
<br />-- locations, to be determined later based on unit sales ;
<br />The withdrawal is based on the City Attorney determination that such additional
<br />bedrooms can and will be approved, administratively, as long as any additional square footage
<br />for such bedrooms does not exceed the amount Of square footage (FART previously approved by
<br />the Commission for the Project.
